  • Stripe is seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager, Sold Funnel to manage key sales development workstreams, focusing on technology, data, and program delivery.
  • This role will drive scalable solutions to enhance sales development efficiency and increase qualified opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead programs to transform sales development with AI SDRs.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives, defining objectives and building repeatable processes.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate operational needs into product requirements.
  • Drive ongoing operations improvements through process innovation and automation.
  • Define metrics, create dashboards, and implement regular reviews to ensure initiative impact.
  • Requirements 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/revenue operations or program management. 3+ years of experience with CRM, lead management, and Sales Development tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Outreach).
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents. 3+ years of experience defining scope and goals and collaborating with global teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
