- •Stripe is seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager, Sold Funnel to manage key sales development workstreams, focusing on technology, data, and program delivery.
- •This role will drive scalable solutions to enhance sales development efficiency and increase qualified opportunities.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead programs to transform sales development with AI SDRs.
- •Own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives, defining objectives and building repeatable processes.
- •Partner with product and engineering teams to translate operational needs into product requirements.
- •Drive ongoing operations improvements through process innovation and automation.
- •Define metrics, create dashboards, and implement regular reviews to ensure initiative impact.
- •Requirements 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales/revenue operations or program management. 3+ years of experience with CRM, lead management, and Sales Development tools (e.g., Gong, Salesloft, Outreach).
- •Experience building and deploying AI agents. 3+ years of experience defining scope and goals and collaborating with global teams.
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
