• •As an Analyst in Asset Management you'll drive data-driven improvements across portfolio operations, implementing automation and AI to scale processes and improve performance.
• •Key Responsibilities Implement AI and automation solutions to reduce manual work and scale operations Analyze and redesign operational processes for efficiency and clarity Own projects end-to-end to optimize portfolio operations Build and maintain KPI structures and reporting for data-driven management Collaborate with Operations, Tech and stakeholders to integrate solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in analytical or business-related field Practical experience in analytical or project-based roles (internships, consulting, operations) Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL) and ability to interpret results Experience or interest in automation and AI solutions in a business context Fluent in German and English
