  • Lead GTM Strategy & Operations to design and scale sales operating infrastructure, improving seller productivity, pipeline health, and execution across deal workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities Own sales operations across lead management, territory design, pipeline governance, and opportunity management.
  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and automation to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Lead territory planning, account ownership, and fiscal planning.
  • Partner cross-functionally to streamline commercial operations and deal execution workflows.
  • Establish operational metrics, reporting, and lead a high-performing operations team.
  • Requirements 10+ years in Sales/Revenue/GTM Operations or similar at high-growth tech companies.
  • Experience building and leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in sales systems, territory planning, pipeline management, and operational scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Excel.
