About the role
Lead and scale sales operations and GTM systems to improve productivity and deal execution.
- •Lead GTM Strategy & Operations to design and scale sales operating infrastructure, improving seller productivity, pipeline health, and execution across deal workflows.
- •Key Responsibilities Own sales operations across lead management, territory design, pipeline governance, and opportunity management.
- •Build scalable systems, workflows, and automation to improve data quality and efficiency.
- •Lead territory planning, account ownership, and fiscal planning.
- •Partner cross-functionally to streamline commercial operations and deal execution workflows.
- •Establish operational metrics, reporting, and lead a high-performing operations team.
- •Requirements 10+ years in Sales/Revenue/GTM Operations or similar at high-growth tech companies.
- •Experience building and leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- •Deep expertise in sales systems, territory planning, pipeline management, and operational scaling.
- •Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce, SQL, and Excel.
