Manage and lead a GTM business systems team centered on Salesforce and GTM tools.
- •Lead and grow a team of business systems analysts owning Salesforce and the GTM application ecosystem to support sales and customer lifecycle processes.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of BSAs, including hiring and performance management.
- •Own onboarding, enablement, and institutional system documentation.
- •Set quality standards for analysis, requirements, and testing; handle complex cross-domain initiatives.
- •Ensure consistency in data models, naming conventions, and post-launch adoption tracking.
- •Requirements Experience managing business systems or Salesforce-focused analysts.
- •Strong analytical judgment and experience with requirements and testing practices.
- •Ability to drive team enablement and documentation practices.
