Mission Operations Engineer

Engineer responsible for testing, validating, and improving autonomous surface vessels.

• •Saronic Technologies is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to deploy, validate, and improve autonomous surface vessels.
• •You will ensure systems meet rigorous technical and operational standards through testing and data analysis.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of field tests for autonomous navigation and vessel functionalities.
• •Diagnose and troubleshoot autonomy, networking, and onboard hardware/software during test events.
• •Own data logging and telemetry monitoring systems for post-test analysis.
• •Maintain autonomous vessels and test environments to enhance reliability.
• •Interface with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into test objectives.
• •Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• •Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills (HW/SW).
• •Experience with planning and execution of complex test operations involving autonomous systems.
