Drive and execute cross-functional scaling projects and process automation for the smart-metering venture.

• •As Senior Associate Venture Development at metrify (Enpal), you drive cross-functional scaling initiatives, owning projects end-to-end to modernize smart-metering operations and systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery.
• •Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely, high-quality execution.
• •Align stakeholders across Tech, Legal, Operations and Management.
• •Identify process automation and CRM/system optimization opportunities.
• •Analyze data to derive recommendations under uncertainty and mentor junior team members.
• •Requirements 2–4 years experience in consulting, venture development, founder’s associate, or strategy & operations.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Affinity for systems, processes, APIs and CRM platforms.
• •Hands-on operator mindset with high ownership.
