• •Key Responsibilities Lead the full construction lifecycle from feasibility and design to fit-out and handover.
• •Manage diverse stakeholders including internal teams (Legal, Operations, Finance) and external contractors.
• •Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency in all projects.
• •Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and maintain strict budget control.
• •Requirements Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out or construction projects.
• •Proven ability to manage external contractors and hold them accountable to KPIs and safety standards.
• •Strong stakeholder influence and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
