Technical Sourcing Manager - Networking

• •Key Responsibilities Spearhead strategic sourcing initiatives for network hardware systems.
• •Build robust supplier relationships and ensure supply chain resilience.
• •Lead complex negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, and business awards.
• •Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies and roadmaps.
• •Drive commercial engagements for prototype sourcing and development.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in data center, hyperscaler, cloud service provider, or AI system hardware supply chain.
• •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or Business Administration.
• •Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills.
• •Strong understanding of "should cost" modeling and value analysis.
