- •Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead for their Operations team to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery.
- •This role is a core part of the leadership team, responsible for leading the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during their shift.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the performance and day-to-day tasks of the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams.
- •Coach and motivate the team with a focus on perfecting the customer experience.
- •Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes for your shift.
- •Develop and train new associates.
- •Assist in meeting performance objectives including labor management, order volume, pack times, mispack rates, and inventory accuracy.
- •Requirements 2 years of internal Gopuff experience. 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies.
