• •Lead a team of Startups Applied AI Architects to drive adoption of Anthropic's Claude platform among startups, shaping technical playbooks and personally engaging with strategic early-stage accounts from discovery to scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a high-performing team of Applied AI Architects focused on startups.
• •Lead pre-sales technical engagements and model best practices.
• •Develop technical playbooks for evaluations and LLM architectures for startups.
• •Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and adoption.
• •Requirements 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles with 5+ years managing pre-sales or technical GTM teams.
• •Experience working with startups and early-stage technical buyers.
• •Demonstrated experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications and technical credibility with founders and engineers.
