Full-cycle Account Executive focused on outbound new business and expansion in the Commercial segment.

  • Full-cycle Account Executive based in Dublin responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion in the Commercial (SMB) segment, selling to technical buyers and operating with an outbound-first mindset.
  • Key Responsibilities Prospect and build net-new pipeline with outbound motions.
  • Own full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
  • Deliver tailored demos and solution design to drive adoption.
  • Manage stakeholders and navigate security/legal/procurement requirements.
  • Forecast accurately and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Requirements 1-3 years closing experience in a full-cycle quota-carrying or closing-adjacent role.
  • Experience selling to technical buyers (CIO/CTO/VP Eng/VP Product).
  • Strong outbound discipline, pipeline creation, and multi-threaded deal management.
  • Comfort with technical concepts, APIs, developer tooling, and AI-enabled workflows.
