About the role
Lead BD efforts to sell Hivemind autonomy solutions to defense and government customers in Taiwan.
- •Senior business development lead responsible for driving full sales lifecycle for Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy products across assigned accounts in Taiwan, building capture strategies and customer relationships within defense and government.
- •Key Responsibilities Own full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to close Develop and execute territory and capture strategies Identify and qualify new business through understanding customer missions and procurement Lead proposal development and partner with cross-functional teams Represent Shield AI at industry events and manage CRM/forecasting Requirements 10–15+ years in business development, sales, or capture in technical/defense domains Proven track record closing deals in U.S. government or defense markets Deep understanding of defense acquisition and procurement lifecycle Technical aptitude to work with Engineering and Product teams; fluent in English and Mandarin Bachelor's degree required
