About the role
Provide first-line technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues with Cato's platform.
- •Join Cato Networks as a Tier 1 Support Engineer and be the first line of defense for our customers.
- •You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective technical assistance.
- •Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Cato's platform.
- •Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
- •Document customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- •Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
- •Requirements Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in networking or SaaS.
- •Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- •Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
