  • Shield AI is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Director to drive strategic capture and regional sales for its X-BAT and V-BAT aircraft in the Middle East.
  • This role involves identifying and shaping high-value opportunities in next-gen airpower programs.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive strategic capture of opportunities in Middle Eastern next-gen airpower programs.
  • Lead the full business development lifecycle for CCA-focused efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key defense stakeholders.
  • Influence customer requirements and CONOPS to align with Shield AI's offerings.
  • Support demonstrations and coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Requirements 15+ years in a relevant air force occupation with deep understanding of CONOPs and platform applications. 3-5+ years of experience in defense acquisition, business development, sales, or strategy. 5+ years of experience in the region, operationally or from a defense business perspective.
  • Strong track record of capturing and closing defense programs.
  • Understanding of next-gen air combat trends, including CCAs and AI-enabled CONOPS.
