Senior Software Engineer, GTM Engineering

Build and ship AI-enabled internal full-stack tools for GTM teams.

• •Build internal tools and AI-driven applications that accelerate Vanta's go-to-market (GTM) efforts by embedding with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, prototype, ship, and maintain internal-facing web applications and AI agents.
• •Partner with GTM teams to identify opportunities and translate needs into technical solutions.
• •Apply AI/automation (LLM APIs, prompt engineering) to GTM workflows like prospecting and routing.
• •Own full product lifecycle with documentation, monitoring, and testing for reliability.
• •Requirements 7+ years building and shipping full-stack applications.
• •Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, and strong SQL skills.
• •Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders (Sales/Operations/CS).
• •Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation is a plus.
