About the role

Manage and grow channel partner relationships to drive pipeline and ARR.

  • Manage and grow Vanta's channel partnerships for the downmarket U.S. segment, enabling partners to deploy Vanta broadly and drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Key Responsibilities Drive net new pipeline and ARR through a book of channel partners.
  • Co-sell with Account Executives to close partner-sourced and influenced deals.
  • Enable, onboard, and build one-to-many and one-to-one partner relationships.
  • Identify and recruit high-fit partners and maintain pipeline rigor and playbooks.
  • Requirements 4+ years of channel partner experience in software/SaaS.
  • Experience co-selling with direct sales teams and working with resellers/VARs/MSPs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
