• •As a Business Development & Strategy Consultant at metrify (Enpal), you will build scalable processes and workflows to support rapid Smart-Meter rollout and company growth.
• •Key Responsibilities Optimize and standardize processes for scalability.
• •Identify operational pain points and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• •Lead projects end-to-end and deliver measurable results.
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interfaces between departments.
• •Work data-driven by analysing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• •Requirements 1-3 years in consulting, venture building, startup operations or strategy roles.
• •Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• •Hands-on mentality with fast onboarding into new topics.
• •Excellent German and good English communication skills.
