Junior Operations Supervisor

Supervise warehouse operations, lead teams, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

• •Gopuff is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Operations Supervisor to join their Operations team.
• •Reporting directly to a Site Leader, this role is crucial for maintaining high operational standards and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to customers.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the warehouse team during shifts, setting an example and training new members.
• •Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders.
• •Support the management of delivery partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• •Resolve customer issues related to substitutions or out-of-stock items.
• •Receive goods from vendors, verify counts against purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• •Manage stock, conduct cycle counts, and minimize out-of-stock products.
• •Ensure the warehouse is compliant, clean, organized, and aligned with operating standards.
• •Support on-site health and safety compliance.
