About the role

Lead Enterprise sales team to drive AI adoption across financial institutions.

  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions within financial institutions, developing sales strategy, coaching AEs, and partnering with technical teams to deploy solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise AE team focused on financial institutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Industries procurement and budgeting cycles.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline, and CRM data integrity.

  • and post-sales technical work.
  • Identify market opportunities and refine Industries sales methodology and playbooks.
  • Requirements 15+ years enterprise sales experience in Industries technology (SaaS/emerging tech). 5+ years sales leadership experience, with Enterprise segment experience.
  • Proven track record selling into financial institutions and coaching AEs.
  • Strong technical acumen around AI and ability to enable technical conversations.
