About the role
Lead Enterprise sales team to drive AI adoption across financial institutions.
- •Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive adoption of Anthropic's AI solutions within financial institutions, developing sales strategy, coaching AEs, and partnering with technical teams to deploy solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise AE team focused on financial institutions.

- •Strong technical acumen around AI and ability to enable technical conversations.
