We are seeking a Technical Sales Operations Manager to actively shape central sales processes and ensure our Sales-Team can work efficiently, data-driven and scalable.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
30%: Develop, automate and maintain central sales processes in the CRM (focus: HubSpot), including workflows, lead routing, data enrichment and reporting structures.
30%: Ensure data quality in the CRM, monitor sales across channels and actively support existing interfaces and automations.
40%: Translate sales requirements into technical concepts and work closely with teams such as Tech, Sales and Partner Management.
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
High Priority: 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, CRM management or in an analytically-technically shaped sales environment.
High Priority: Confident handling of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot; knowledge of other tools such as Salesforce or Pipedrive is a plus.
High Priority: Structured, process-oriented way of working as well as experience in working with tech, sales and external teams.
