• 50%: Manage the entire recruiting process for student roles, from posting to final selection.

• 30%: Develop creative content for employer branding, especially on Instagram, in collaboration with the Communications Team.

• 20%: Analyze and optimize recruiting processes to improve efficiency and modernization.
