📋 What You'll Likely Do
- 40%: Drive Customer Experience as the main point of contact, liaising between Operations, Product, Sales, Legal & Finance teams. 
- 30%: Build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and gathering feedback through insightful retrospectives. 
- 30%: Take ownership of customer satisfaction metrics including NPS, upsells, referrals, and escalations. 
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
- High Priority: 2+ years of professional experience, with 1-3 years in enterprise Account Management. 
- High Priority: Excellent communication skills in English and, ideally, in Dutch (at C1 or C2 level). 
- High Priority: Prior experience in managing relationships with enterprise-level customers with sophisticated and specialised requirements.
