• 40%: Prepare, interpret, and visualize test data using modern tools.

• High Priority: Advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Material Sciences, or similar.

• High Priority: Basic understanding of bituminous materials and common testing methods.

• High Priority: Strong analytical skills and interest in systematic evaluation of technical data.
