Tandem is seeking a Strategic Legal Counsel to define and build our legal function, driving company strategy and managing legal operations.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Own and operationalize Tandem’s legal infrastructure including contracting, compliance, regulatory posture, and corporate structure.

• 30%: Serve as the internal lead across a network of outside counsel, synthesizing input and driving high-confidence decisions.

• 40%: Identify and help implement legal or structural changes that expand Tandem’s capabilities or unlock strategic advantages.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 6–15 years of legal experience, ideally with time spent both at a top-tier law firm and in-house at a high-growth company.

• High Priority: Fluency across commercial and regulatory domains, ideally including exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or similarly regulated sectors.
