We are looking for a Founding Designer to establish our Design function and be a strategic partner across the business, reporting directly to our CEO.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Lead design and user experience for our full company surface area.

• 30%: Prioritize, scope, and spearhead individual design projects, establishing design patterns, building out designs, prototyping, and supporting launches.

• 30%: Establish and improve the design systems, processes, and tools that will allow us to scale our product surface area and brand over time.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 5+ years of software product design experience at tech companies and/or digital product agencies.

• High Priority: Impeccable visual/interaction design skills and taste.

• High Priority: Experience working with software engineers to build and ship software.
