IONITY is seeking a Manager for Digital Interfaces to lead the strategy and evolution of core digital touchpoints, ensuring secure, intuitive, and scalable interfaces for EV drivers.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Define and own the roadmap for digital interfaces including Customer Web Portal, OCPI integrations, and on-site authentication methods.

• 30%: Translate customer, partner, and operational needs into functional specs and development priorities.

• 30%: Work closely with IT Development to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality releases.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 3+ years in e-mobility, EV charging, or mobility services.

• High Priority: Hands-on knowledge of interoperability protocols (OCPI, ISO 15118, RFID, Plug & Charge).

• High Priority: Proven ability to translate user and partner needs into technical product specs.
