Circus is seeking a General Counsel to lead all legal matters and provide strategic advice to the executive team and board.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Lead all legal matters across Circus Group, including corporate governance, commercial law, securities law, IP, and regulatory compliance.

• 30%: Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, particularly in SaaS, cloud services, automation, supply chain, and global partnerships.

• 20%: Own and protect our global IP portfolio related to robotics, software, and AI.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 10+ years of legal experience, including in-house leadership in a tech-centric, international business.

• High Priority: Deep expertise in commercial contracts, IP, and regulatory topics related to SaaS, robotics, or automation technologies.
