MicroHarvest GmbH is looking for a Fermentation Working Student/Intern to support upstream processing activities and improve fermentation processes in a biotech lab.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Support upstream (fermentations) processing activities and work with lab-scale bioreactors.

• 30%: Design and execute experiments for improvement of processing steps using Design of Experiments (DOE).

• 30%: Perform and develop analytical analysis by colorimetric, HPLC, and enzymatic methods.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Bioprocess Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering, or related fields.

• High Priority: Experience with working with bioreactor fermentations is strongly preferred.

• High Priority: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
