📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 25%: Support ongoing asset management tasks including reporting, analysis, and presentation preparation.

• 25%: Assist in creating business plans and liquidity planning.

• 25%: Support the development and implementation of leasing strategies.

• 25%: Assist in coordinating and monitoring CAPEX and TI measures.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Currently studying real estate, business administration, finance, or a related field.

• High Priority: Interest in real estate topics and ideally some practical experience in this area.

• High Priority: Good analytical skills and very good knowledge of MS Excel.
