We are looking for Franchise Customer Advisors (m/f/d) who want to work 100% remotely for and with us to solve a social problem.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
30%: Advising potential interested parties in the area of 24-hour care, both by telephone and in person on site.
30%: Independent customer acquisition through the expansion of a local network and the generation of recommendations.
40%: Support and advice during the entire care assignment to ensure customer satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys, mediation, in the event of problems and support with caregiver changes.
