30%: Customer Onboarding: Support new customers in the correct use of the machine, ensuring correct parameterization.
30%: Data Analytics: Evaluate process data & productivity data from robot cells, create data evaluations & parameter studies for performance optimization.
40%: Proactive Engagement: Regular contact with customers to review their usage, provide suggestions for improvement and ensure high customer satisfaction.
