• 30%: Coach and mentor Engineers, providing regular feedback and establishing a vital Engineering culture.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Experience in a relevant Leadership role (Engineering Manager or VP Engineering with People responsibility).

• High Priority: Expert in Java and related technologies, such as Spring Boot, relational databases and Kafka.

• High Priority: Solid understanding of JavaScript (knowledge in frameworks such as React.js or Angular) is a plus.
