• 40%: Coordinate, write, and edit high-quality proposals that align with client needs.

• 30%: Evaluate RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs to understand requirements and translate them into winning proposal strategies.

• 30%: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and other relevant teams to gather input and ensure accuracy.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 2-6 years of experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• High Priority: Fluent in German and English.
