felmo GmbH is looking for a Laboratory & Customer Service Specialist to support the Medical Operations team by analyzing worm tests and handling customer inquiries.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Analyze and evaluate felmo worm tests for dogs & cats in the laboratory.

• 40%: Handle and resolve customer inquiries via chat and mail.

• 20%: Collaborate with other departments, especially the veterinary organization and finance.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Ideally a TFA (Veterinary Assistant) Ausbildung (education).

• High Priority: Experience in customer support/complaint management is an advantage.

• High Priority: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German.
