• 30%: Plan and project new heating projects from initial idea to implementation.

• 30%: Install and commission heat pump systems, including water and electricity connections.

• 40%: Actively participate in the further development of the SHK department at the location.

• High Priority: Master craftsman certification in heating construction or comparable qualification.
