GIGA.GREEN is looking for a Project Developer to manage photovoltaic projects from development to handover, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Present projects to municipalities and authorities and negotiate project-related contracts.

• 40%: Oversee the construction planning process in coordination with planning partners to achieve legally compliant building rights.

• 30%: Act as an interface between clients, authorities, external partners, and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

• High Priority: Minimum three years of professional experience in project development, ideally in solar, wind, or real estate.

• High Priority: Strong communication skills and excellent German language skills.
