We are seeking a Director of Finance UK to build best in class financial reporting and financial control function.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 30%: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, annual financial statements, regulatory and investor reporting.

• 30%: Build robust financial control processes and strengthening internal control framework, including all related policies and procedures.

• 40%: Manage relationships with external auditors and outsourced accounting providers, including for regional offices in Europe.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Senior Financial Leadership: recent experience at a Senior/Director level managing financial control in complex, multi-country, multi-entity organizations.

• High Priority: Strong financial acumen and technical accounting skills (IFRS/UK GAAP). Experience with statutory audits of financial services companies.

• High Priority: ACA or equivalent professional finance qualification
