• 40%: Conduct screening calls with applicants to assess suitability and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• High Priority: Enrolled in a degree program, ideally in Economics, Psychology, HR, or similar.

• High Priority: First experience in recruiting is desirable.

• High Priority: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
