40%: Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, serving as the main point of contact.
30%: Independently support and advise a portfolio of clients (Pharma, CROs, MedTech) for optimal use of the EDC platform.
30%: Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and derive measures to ensure study success.
