• 40%: Provide on-site technical support to end-users, addressing hardware & software issues.

• 30%: Administer Tide’s Corporate IT and Infrastructure tech stack, managing current technologies and integrating SaaS applications.

• 30%: Manage & maintain office IT Infrastructure including switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and meeting rooms.
