• 40%: Work directly with managing directors & founders on tasks like meeting preparations, communication, and event organization.

• 30%: Create appealing and professional PowerPoint presentations that convey the intended message concisely.

• 30%: Support founders in strategic and operational tasks, freeing their capacities for critical decisions.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: In-progress studies in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a similar field.

• High Priority: Solid Microsoft Office skills, as well as great data visualization skills.

• High Priority: Excellent German language skills and fluency in Business English.
