We are seeking a People Partner to improve service delivery and customer service by making recommendations and improvements on existing and new policies, processes and procedures.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 20%: Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to facilitate the consistent delivery of core processes.

• 20%: Coach and advise managers on their team members’ performance and growth objectives.

• 20%: Act as an advisor, coach and mentor on the full remit of a variety of employee relations as they arise.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: At least 4+ years experience in human resources role.

• High Priority: Great knowledge of Bulgarian employment legislation.

• High Priority: Experience performing data driven analysis using excel / google sheets.
