Tide is seeking a Training Specialist - German Speaker to train and onboard new hires, as well as upskill existing Tideans, mostly for the German market.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Responsible for the 3 week onboarding of new hires in the member operations space every month.

• 30%: Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions to upskill existing Tideans on new products and procedures.

• 30%: Own the creation of training materials - with a focus on quality and maximum engagement - utilising a variety of tools and your extensive knowledge of training and gamification.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Native German skills + Excellent verbal and written English skills.

• High Priority: Experience training in a banking/ fintech environment - or relevant KYC, Financial Crime, Compliance and Transaction monitoring experience is considered as advantage.

• High Priority: Experience with extensive stakeholder management.
