We are looking for a service employee (m/f/d) for the reception in a new veterinary practice in Hanover!
📋 What You'll Likely Do
40%: Be the first point of contact in our practice and warmly and empathetically receive our customers and their animals at the reception.
30%: Handle administrative communication and coordinate appointment scheduling for pet owners - both digitally and on-site (by phone and online).
30%: Coordinate patient management in close cooperation with our veterinarians and TFAs and ensure that all processes are optimally supported.
