Apaleo is seeking a Platform Technical Support (f/m/d)- French Speaking to deliver exceptional support experiences and ensure platform stability and performance for users.
📋 What You'll Likely Do
- 40%: Act as the first line of support for platform-related issues from customers and internal teams. 
- 30%: Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and platform behavior questions across our APIs, integrations, and UI. 
- 30%: Write and maintain clear, helpful documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base and FAQs. 
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
- High Priority: 1+ years of experience in technical support, platform operations, or similar roles. 
- High Priority: Solid understanding of APIs, web platforms, SaaS products, and basic cloud infrastructure concepts. 
- High Priority: Fluent in French, English are a must, German is a plus.
