• 30%: Set the overall strategy, conceptualise, implement, and continuously improve our Work Force Planning.

• 30%: Ensure that Flink Netherlands meets our 28-minute promise, resulting in happy customers all-round, while balancing efficiencies.

• 40%: Lead operational improvement plans and workforce planning automations.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 4+ years of work experience in operations or planning (experience at high-grow or early-stage startups preferred).

• High Priority: Good understanding of planning tools and Google Sheet or MS Excel.

• High Priority: Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly.
