Tide is seeking an Alert Review Team Leader to manage a team of analysts and ensure they are performing as per the agreed standards, KPIs and company’s values.

📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 20%: Managing a team of analysts and ensuring they are performing as per the agreed standards, KPIs and company’s values.

• 20%: Conducting regular feedback sessions with analysts in order to track progress, identify areas of improvement and provide coaching when needed.

• 20%: Analysing transactions across a variety of payment types and products, looking for signs of Financial Crime (including PEPs and Sanctions) and Fraud.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: 3+ years of experience in a Transaction monitoring, Financial Crime risk related role in financial services.

• High Priority: 2+ years of experience managing a successful team.
