- 40%: Organize and structure customer appointments, prepare offers, and conduct consultations independently and flexibly according to customer needs. 
- 30%: Contact and engage with potential customers who have shown genuine interest, thanks to pre-qualified leads from the 1KOMMA5° Group. 
- 30%: Ensure transparent communication and tailored solutions from the initial contact to project completion. 
🧑💻 Profiles Doing This Job
- High Priority: Highly motivated and experienced in sales of complex products in the private customer sector, ideally photovoltaics and/or heat pumps. 
- High Priority: Strong communication skills, empathy, and an open-minded personality to provide transparent and individual advice to customers. 
- High Priority: Technical understanding to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner.
