• 30%: Define and develop 1K5° assembly and quality standards for heat pumps in collaboration with site experts.

• 30%: Support the Academy team in creating cross-location qualification plans to ensure uniform and standard-compliant construction methods.

• 20%: Develop innovative and efficient solutions for heat pump assembly with the Head of Lean Installation.

• 20%: Support new SHK teams during onboarding with your experience and technical expertise.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Completed training in SHK (Sanitary, Heating, Air Conditioning) or a degree in Building, Energy, Environment.

• High Priority: Several years of experience in the installation of heat pumps or building technology.

• High Priority: Sound knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
