📋 What You'll Likely Do

• 40%: Manage the practice, including order management, invoice verification, shift and absence management, and complaint management.

• 30%: Act as a point of contact for the practice team and a liaison between the practice and the office team.

• 30%: Contribute to the development of solutions and processes, and implement new processes and changes.

🧑‍💻 Profiles Doing This Job

• High Priority: Successfully completed further education as a practice manager and/or TFA.

• High Priority: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in the healthcare sector with initial management responsibility.

• High Priority: Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers and employees.
